Why Clients Choose Us

To us, Concinnity means leaders, culture, and strategy fitting together so teams perform as one.

We will tell you when the problem is your process rather than the talent available.

One partner from brief to onboarding, with no handoff to an associate.

Every search starts with a map of the market, not a list of people we already know.

Twenty years inside consulting, technology and business process services.

We have built and run corporate talent functions three times, at global scale.

Our Experience

These placements span my years at CTPartners, the in-house executive search teams I built and led, and Concinnity Talent today.

Senior leaders placed at these companies over 20 years

Leadership

I have spent 20 years on both sides of executive hiring.

I started in retained search at CTPartners. Then I went inside and built talent acquisition functions three times: at Brillio from essentially nothing, at Genpact from three people to eighteen in eighteen months, and at TTEC, a 46-person organization across 26 countries.

That is why clients call me. I know what a search firm does well, and I know what an internal team can and cannot handle, because I have run both.

Thinking about a leadership hire, or about why the last one did not work?
